1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Silkstone Play platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. Silkstone Play is a free social casino providing simulated entertainment only.

4. Virtual Currency Rules (No Cash Value)

Silkstone Play operates exclusively using virtual currency known as Silk Coins (SLC). You acknowledge and agree that SLC has absolutely no real-world cash value. SLC cannot be exchanged, traded, sold, or withdrawn for fiat currency, crypto, or physical prizes. All virtual coins are provided for free through gameplay mechanics, daily bonuses, and platform events.

5. Account Creation and Security Obligations

Users may create one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Silkstone Digital Entertainment Ltd. is not liable for any loss of virtual progress or SLC resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to poor password security.

6. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All content on the platform, including but not limited to game graphics, UI design, logos, and audio, is the intellectual property of Silkstone Digital Entertainment Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Silkstone Play is provided on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We shall not be liable for any perceived losses (including loss of virtual coins or progress) arising from platform bugs, server downtime, or user error.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in automated bot usage, attempt to manipulate the virtual economy, or exhibit abusive behavior towards our support team or other users. Terminated accounts forfeit all virtual balances.
